Join the Foundation Team

The Charlottesville Area Community Foundation is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Programs Manager to join our small but growing team. The Programs Manager administers award phases for grant programs and manages partner relationships, conducting site visits and helping the Foundation broaden its reach into the communities it serves. Candidates should be good listeners, have strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with multitasking and deadlines.
