Grants Administrator

The Charlottesville Area Community Foundation (Community Foundation) is seeking a Grants Administrator to provide critical administrative and programmatic support and ensure the smooth functioning of the Community Foundation's discretionary grantmaking and capacity building programs.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in grants management and office administration, with a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated communication skills, and high attention to detail.  Success candidates thrive as part of a team that values integrity, open and direct communication, vulnerability, and empathy.
