Constance Waite

Mrs. Waite joined the CACF staff in February 2012 and had been a Governing Board Member almost continuously since 1985, initially as a bank representative and more recently as a Board appointee.  She will have principal responsibility for financial and fiscal  management aspects of the Foundation's operations and will be the primary liaison to the Investment Committee.

Most recently, Mrs. Waite was the Senior Trust and Fiduciary Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank.  In the past, Mrs. Waite has been the head of Personal Trust at Jefferson National Bank (later Wachovia/Wells Fargo).  Previously, she was the Vice-President and Trust Officer at Crestar Bank (now Sun Trust) and at Sovran/Nationsbank (now Bank of America).

Mrs. Waite is a member and Past President of the Albemarle County Rotary Club and serves on their Foundation. . She is also a member and former President of the Central Virginia Estate Planning Council.   She is a member of the Colonial Dames of Virginia and the Grants Committee of the Inez Duff Bishop Fund. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Greencroft Club and a past member of the Board of the Tandem Friends School. 

Mrs. Waite received her B.A. from Hollins University and is a graduate of  the National Graduate Trust School.
