CACF offers a Grantmaking Information Session

The Charlottesville Area Community Foundation invites you to attend a CACF Grantmaking Information Session

What will I learn at the Grantmaking Information Session?
This session is an opportunity to meet with CACF Staff and Governing Board members to learn about CACF’s various grantmaking programs and application procedures. Topics will include:
- An overview of all of the CACF Grantmaking programs, including updates to the Community Endowment guidelines
- A discussion of Donor and Committee Advised Funds
- An overview of the newly updated “Search Local Nonprofits” Guide in partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence
- A Q&A session with Foundation staff
Who should attend?
Nonprofit staff and Board members who would like to learn more about CACF’s grantmaking programs. This meeting is open to all tax-exempt public charities and government agencies within CACF’s service area, which includes the City of Charlottesville and the surrounding Counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson and Orange.
Location
The CACF Grantmaking Information Session will take place at City Space, located on the Downtown Mall in the building connected to the Market Street City parking garage. The entrance is upstairs behind the parking garage elevator on the Mall; ramps from 5th Street lead to its door on the second floor.
