Gift Recipients 2010

Since its creation in 1967, the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation (CACF) has made more than $42.7 million in grants to hundreds of nonprofit agencies in our service area, which includes  the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson, and Orange and the City of Charlottesville.  In 2010, the CACF Governing Board granted $6.4 million in grants from the Community Endowment and donor advised funds.   The following is a list of nonprofits in our community who have received those gifts in 2010.  These grants are listed in the grant categories of Arts and Culture, Community Enrichment, Education, Environment, Healthcare and Human Services.
