Tell us a little about yourself
I am 3rd year returning Future Fund member who hails from Williamsburg, VA, but has lived in Charlottesville for 19 years.
I love theater, politics, my friends & family and am the co-owner of Birch Studio (http://www.birchstudio.com), a local graphic and web design firm. According to the readers of C-ville Weekly, we are the "Best".
What brought you to Charlottesville?
I'd lived in Williamsburg much of my so-called formative years and it was time for a change. Luckily, this is where I met hubby!
Why did you decide to become a Future Fund Member?
Holly can be very convincing. Seriously, I wanted to see what this organization could become and am pleased with the results thus far.
What is your favorite aspect of being a member?
Learning more about the amazing organizations that are in C-ville and the surrounding areas who need our help. Also, finding out what they do & how our monetary help can make such a difference in the lives around us, raising us ALL up to a better quality of life.
Favorite philanthropist or charity?
Planned Parenthood, EMILY's List, NARAL, SHE, SARA
Three things you can't live without?
Aside from the obvious people in my life & the necessary elements for human life, I'd choose: i-phone, coffee and a good pillow.

Commonwealth Skybar! Also, Zocalo, Maya, The Local, Mas and Ten.
