Holly Hatcher's Biography

Holly Hatcher joined CACF in the fall of 2006 as Director of Programs.
In July 2010 she became Director of Programs and Donor Engagement. She
is responsible for overall management, direction and effectiveness of
the Foundation’s grantmaking and other programs; and maintaining and
cultivating strategic donor relationships. In addition, Holly
coordinates outreach to the CACF service area, assists with media
relations, and monitors emerging community needs.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Holly worked for several non-profits in
the Charlottesville area. She is 2004 Fellow of the Sorensen Institute
for Political Leadership and a 2010 Graduate of the Center for Nonprofit
Excellence's Board Development Academy.
