What is the Charlottesville Future Fund?

The Charlottesville Future Fund is a giving circle of professionals in their 20’s through 40’s that pool their charitable dollars into a fund within CACF, and decide as a group each year which local nonprofits to support. The more members we have, the more money we can give back to the community!

The Charlottesville Future Fund kicked off with a great recruitment event June 16, 2009 at The Local.  Membership registration was open through the summer and closed on September 15th for the inaugural year.  The membership grew impressively since June and there are now officially 96 Future Fund members and $28,000.00 to grant out to local nonprofits this year.
