Kathleen Bowman

Dr. Bowman has been a CACF Governing Board Member since January 2011 and joined the Audit Committee in 2010 and the Donor Relations Committee in 2012. 

Dr. Bowman serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation, and is Vice Chair, Board of Directors, Jefferson Area Children’s Health Improvement Program (JACHIP) and Chair of its Board Development Committee. 

In the past, Dr.. Bowman was President, Randolph-Macon Woman’s College of Lynchburg, Virginia,  Vice Provost for International Affairs, University of Oregon, Associate Vice President for Research, University of Oregon and has held senior administrative positions at Reed College and the Meyer Memorial Trust. 

Dr. Bowman received her baccalaureate, master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Minnesota, all with honors.
