Julian M. Bivins, Jr.

Mr. Bivins has been a CACF Governing Board Member since January 2005 and is a member of the Grants Follow-Up Committee.
 
Mr. Bivins is the Associate Vice-President for Advancement Services at the University of Virginia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Foundation of the State Arboretum at Blandy Experimental Farm and the Virginia Theological Seminary. He is an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Charlottesville.
 
In the past, Mr. Bivins has been the Managing Director of EuroSource. He was been a member and the Chair of the Board of Trustees of CASE (the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education). He is also Past Chair of the Success by Six Committee and served on the Initiative for Effective Nonprofits of the United Way.
 
Mr. Bivins received his B.S. from the American University in Paris, his M.A. from the University of Delaware and his J.A. from the University of Virginia.
