Elizabeth Woodard

Mrs. Woodward has been a CACF Governing Board Member since January, 2006 and is a member of the Grants and Donor Relations Committee.
Mrs. Woodward has had a Private Law Practice since 1998.

In the past, Mrs. Woodward has been a partner at Martin & Woodard, PLC and a general counsel at Sprigg Lane Investment Corp. She has also been an Associate at McGuire, Woods & Battle, as well as a Financial Analyst at Dillon, Read & Co, Inc. in New York, NY. She has been a Research Assistant at Pinto & Company, Paris, France and Madrid, Spain. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society, Community Meals on Wheels, Focus of Charlottesville-Albemarle, and Friends of the Library, Legal Aid Justice Center, Virginia Women’s Forum and PVCC. She is the former Chair and committee member of Martha Jefferson House and Infirmary. She served on the Advisory Board of the Nations Bank of Virginia.

Mrs. Woodward received her B.A. from Smith College and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
